Heavy-duty casing
Extruded aluminium framing and pressure-injected PUF panels provide a rigid, insulated enclosure.
Custom-engineered air handling systems for precise filtration, temperature, humidity and airflow control in demanding facilities.

An air handling unit is the central air-treatment component of an HVAC system. It draws in outdoor and return air, filters and conditions the airstream, then distributes it at the temperature, humidity and pressure required by the facility.
Climate Grip configures each AHU around the project duty rather than a fixed catalogue arrangement. Air quantity, static pressure, filtration, coil duty, casing material, acoustic requirements and service access are resolved together for reliable operation.

The priorities below are specific to this product family and its typical operating environment.
Extruded aluminium framing and pressure-injected PUF panels provide a rigid, insulated enclosure.
AMCA-certified DWDI and plug fan options are selected to suit airflow and system resistance.
Smooth internal surfaces, airtight doors and a dual-slope SS-304 drain pan support inspection and cleaning.
Modular sections and accessible components simplify filter changes, inspection and planned maintenance.
Construction details are grouped by function so casing, airside components and maintenance provisions remain easy to evaluate.
Final selections and dimensions are confirmed against project duty, approved drawings and site conditions.
